Architecture

I take a lot of photographs of buildings, cityscapes and especially country houses and their gardens. I especially enjoy visiting English Heritage and National Trust sites as they are typically well managed and historically very interesting.

St. Katherines Dock, London

St. Katherines Dock in London is a great place to take shots of boats of all types and sizes. I am frequently in the area because of the work I do and so its great for me to have a wander round when I have some spare time. (Technical Details - Ixus APS HDTV)

The Railway Inn - Cheam Village

The Railway Inn - Cheam Village

Cheam village in south west London has a number of very old buildings some of which dating back to the Tudor period. This inn, a remnant from greater days appears to be largely untouched by the ravages of time and fashion and I find it quite charming.(Technical Details - Canon EOS500,80mm zoom)
